Work on your commission will begin only after full payment is received.

A visual reference of the character is required, please provide clear images to avoid misinterpretations.

You may request updates at any stage of the process.

The final artwork will be delivered as a full-resolution PNG file.

Prices may increase for highly detailed requests due to additional time and effort required.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.

I will do my best to match your expectations, but it is your responsibility to ensure my style aligns with what you want to avoid dissatisfaction.

Payment must be made within 1 week after I accept your request. If not received, your commission slot will be forfeited (unless we previously agreed otherwise).

Do not send payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your commission.

For EU-based clients, VAT (21% fee) will be applied to your commission according to Spanish tax regulations.

If you are located outside the EU, VAT will not be charged.

Your personal information will remain confidential, and I will not share it with third parties.

Unlimited major and minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.

Only minor revisions can be made for the lineart and rendering phase, major revisions after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee.

After finalizing the artwork, I can make minor changes (color adjustments or small missing details) at no extra cost.

Major changes (pose adjustments, outfit redesigns or significant alterations) will incur an additional fee if they result from unclear initial references. Please be as detailed as possible when submitting your request.

No revisions or progress updates will be provided at any stage.

This service is artistic freedom-based, meaning I will interpret your request as I see fit.

However, if I make a mistake or miss an important detail from your original request, I will correct it at no extra cost.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on my workload. You can check my Trello page for status updates.

I have a chronic illness that may cause delays. If this happens, I will notify you as soon as possible.

If you need your commission by a specific date, state it in the form.

Rush Orders: Commissions needed within less than 3 weeks may incur a 30% rush fee due to priority handling.

Unless explicitly agreed upon, all commissions are for personal use only.

You may:

Repost the artwork with proper credit.

Use it as a website decoration or print it for personal use.

You may not:

Use the artwork commercially (for profit, branding or advertising) without my consent.

Remove my signature or claim the artwork as your own.

Use my artwork for NFTs, AI training or any blockchain-related technology.

Alter, trace or edit my artwork in a way that misrepresents my original work.

If you require the artwork for commercial purposes, you must indicate this in the form.

Commercial use pricing:

1.5x base price → For online monetized content (Twitch, YouTube…).

2x base price → For merchandise, promotional materials, physical goods.

As the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork. This means:

I may share the commission on my portfolio, social media and promotional materials.

I will not resell or repurpose your specific commission for other clients.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

No refunds will be given once the commission is in progress.

A full refund will be issued only if no progress has been made within 6 months.

Feel free to ask for updates, but please be patient and avoid excessive messages.

Do not rush me, quality takes time and I will ensure your piece is completed as soon as possible.

You are strictly prohibited from using my artwork for any NFTs, AI datasets or blockchain-related projects.

Commissioned artwork may not be used in any AI model training, including but not limited to AI-generated art tools and machine learning algorithms.

If you are found to have used my work in these ways, legal action may be taken.
